“ My family and I moved to Mount Pleasant in 2014 and one of the highest priorities was to find my daughter a horse (which was her bribe to move in her junior year of high school…). Lucky for us, we met Kit Menis and she took care of everything! Located the perfect horse, used her truck and trailer to take us to pick her up, and even found the perfect saddle for us. My daughter has been training with Kit since then and made both the English and Western Teams at Lander University as a freshman (the only freshman to do so). Sea Hunter Farm is a scenic farm located close to the Francis Marion National Forest with access to trails. We offer private and semi-private turnout with run-ins, a 130’x 200′ lighted riding arena with professional jumps, beautiful open concept barn with 12×12 stalls, large climate controlled tack room, 2 wash racks for bathing and grooming, and a large pond and dock with seating area that is great for watching those riding in the ring or fishing. The property is fully fenced in with an automatic pass code protected gated entrance.
