Specializing in preparing the young horse for performance horse careers, Justin believes in the power of building a colt slowly and consistently. His philosophy of training the mind and the body while creating a positive relationship between horse and rider ultimately strengthens the confidence for each horse to reach its greatest potential.

Bailey Performance Horses is located on the home ranch of Anderson Land & Livestock, nestled at the base of the Blue Mountains near Pilot Rock, 20 miles southeast of Pendleton, Oregon. The views are vast, and the room to roam is plenty, and ideally suited to our philosophy of training a well-rounded horse - You should be able to not only show a horse, but use them. With indoor and outdoor arenas, cattle to work, and acre upon acre to ride on, we are well suited to develop a young horse's mind or breathe new life into an aged one.
