About

The Animal Health Center (AHC) is open to the public and serves as an extension of the primary care veterinarian, providing emergency and specialty referral care for companion animals, as well as emergency, primary and specialty referral care for horses and livestock in the region. A full range of primary and tertiary care is available for horses at the AHC. All patients are managed by a team consisting of a senior faculty member, resident, intern and third- and fourth-year veterinary students, as well as certified veterinary technicians.
