South Mountain Equine is run by Dr. Justin Sobota, who provides ambulatory equine veterinary services to horses throughout the Middleton, MD and surrounding regions. The practice provides ambulatory and in house services for preventative health care, emergencies, dentistry, medical care and treatment of your horse at your farm or our clinic. We have an unwavering commitment to quality, both in the care of horses and in our relationship with clients and the community.

Facility

Our facility consists of 10 stalls, a matted work area and wash area, a storage room for supplies, turn out paddocks, an outdoor arena, and an office. We have the ability to house horses in need of frequent bandage changes or stall rest from injuries.
