Kathy Murphy

Kathy Murphy has ridden and shown since early childhood where she began her career in the hills of California. Her philosophy is safety first, fun and take something new with you each ride instilling a partnership between rider and horse. Each student is guided and prepared on an individual basis with his or her own goals in mind whether it be safe trial riding or showing. Students work with lesson horses, their own horses or a combination. Kathy has learned over many years while working with her daughter and hundreds of students, lessons and horse ownership instills compassion, responsibility, confidence, fun and leadership. Kathy’s students also have formed bonds with each other while preparing for and showing horses and have grown together sharing their passion. Through their shared love for horses, some of her students have become lifelong friends.
