“ We met Dr Andersen in 2003 when we were looking for our first horse. She helped us through that process in many ways, including answering endless questions as first time horse owners. Over the next 14 years she continued to be a wonderful vet to our horses (2 quarter horses, 1 grullo, a Tennessee Walker and a Missouri Foxtrotter). She encouraged us, educated us, took great care of our guys, and when the times came to say good-bye, she compassionately helped us through those tough days, too. This past summer ended our horse era, and our last two boys moved on to a new mountain home together, but we will always be grateful to the good care and friendship Dr Andersen consistently offered to our horses and us. We will miss that big white truck pulling up to our barn from time to time, and we wish Dr Andersen and Dr Cavalcanti all the best as they continue to offer this community great equine care. Facility
Welcome to Rocky Mountain Equine Clinic. Our facility has a 6-stall barn with runs, stocks, and differing ground surfaces (used to perform complete lameness evaluations). We do *not* perform any other surgeries at our clinic or on the farm that require general anesthesia.
